I made it through the first week. It wasn't exactly flawless, but I am proud to say I lost 7lbs. I did some meal prep (breakfast, snacks and lunch) and I did workout 3 days this week. Nothing crazy. Just walked for an hour each of those 3 days. Baby steps. I don't have to lose weight quickly. I just want it to go away and stay away.

The End.
This week I will celebrate my 38th birthday. And I use the term "celebrate" loosely. I've done a lot of things right in my life, but one thing I definitely got wrong was allowing my weight to get out of control. I take full blame for it. It's all my fault. I should have done better. I can do better. So today is the end. I will put an end to making poor choices, being lazy, making false promises and over indulging.
As of Sunday, September 20, 2015 I weighed in at 292 lbs. My ultimate goal is to get down to 150 lbs (I know! That's a whole person!). There will be no gimmicks or cheating. I will work out and eat right to earn the body that I want.
What you will see here are my personal thoughts on the highs and lows of my weight loss journey. There will be laughs, cheers and possible tears along the way. You can share in my triumphs and failures. I appreciate all comments, but please be respectful and thank you for following/supporting me.
