Week 1, Done!

I made it through the first week. It wasn't exactly flawless, but I am proud to say I lost 7lbs. I did some meal prep (breakfast, snacks and lunch) and I did workout 3 days this week. Nothing crazy. Just walked for an hour each of those 3 days.  Baby steps. I don't have to lose weight quickly. I just want it to go away and stay away.

Current weight- 285.2 %
First (10%) goal- 29.2 lbs
